Program: A mix-use Tower: residential, office and commercial

 

Concept: Based on "Habicomb" by the Arch. Al Mansfeld. The project takes the values that he bilieved: flexability, adaptation, change, combination, coherence - to create something new - different. Every unit is unique and all together fit and join into a Tower that promotes the interaction btw Private and Public
