Program: comercial building in the future new area of the Haifa Port

 

Concept: Today Haifa detached from the sea by many factors. One is the railroad tracks. HPC is a bridge-building that connects the port with the city. The building is the main access to the new port area and allow people to cross from the city over the railroad.
